prepZero is gym management software built for Indian gym owners. One dashboard for the owner and one app for members replace the registers, Excel sheets and WhatsApp groups most gyms still run on.
Why we built prepZero
Before writing any code, we spoke with more than 200 gym owners across India. The same problems came up again and again: chasing members for fees at the start of every month, arguments over attendance, announcements lost in busy WhatsApp groups, no website for new people to find, and no clear view of real profit.
Most gym software was either too expensive or built for large chains. We set out to make something a neighbourhood gym can start using in ten minutes, for less than the cost of one member's monthly fee.
