Delete your PrepZero account

Delete it in the app

1. Open the PrepZero app.
2. Open the Profile tab in the bottom bar, tap the gear icon at the top right, and scroll to the bottom of Settings.
3. Tap Delete account, then Delete to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately.

No longer have the app?

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 93688 77221 or email support@prepzero.in with your gym's name and the phone number your gym has on file. We confirm the request on that number and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your app sign-in and its link to your gym.
• Everything stored on your phone: workouts, routines, notes, measurements, nutrition logs, photos and step history.

What your gym keeps

Your gym keeps its own business records of your membership, payments, invoices and attendance, which it may need for accounts and tax. They are no longer connected to any app login. To have those removed, ask your gym, or contact us and we will pass the request on.
