Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial
We provide a complete 14-day free trial on all plans (Starter ₹99, Growth ₹159, and Pro ₹199). During this period, you have full access to test all dashboard features, the free gym website, WhatsApp onboarding, and member app workflows without being charged.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your prepZero subscription at any time directly through your dashboard or by sending a message to our WhatsApp support. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current monthly billing period, and no further charges will be made.
3. Refund Eligibility
Because prepZero provides an unconditional 14-day free trial before any billing occurs, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once paid. However, if you experience a technical failure or accidental duplicate deduction, please notify us within 7 days at billing@prepzero.in or via WhatsApp. Verified errors will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
