• Gym Owner Account Details: Name, WhatsApp number, email address, gym name, location, and subscription plan.
• Member Information: Member names, WhatsApp numbers, attendance logs (QR scan / GPS geofencing timestamp), and membership durations.
• Billing & Invoicing Data: Payment amounts, dates, and modes of payment (UPI, cash) strictly for generating receipts.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide seamless 1-tap WhatsApp onboarding and login.
• To automatically generate and deliver branded PDF invoices on WhatsApp and inside the app.
• To trigger automated membership expiry and renewal reminders.
• To provide gym owners with accurate real-time attendance and revenue analytics.

3. Data Security & Storage

We treat your gym's data with banking-grade security standards. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We never sell, rent, or trade your data or your members' contact details to third parties or marketing brokers.
